Blue Mountain Gallery is pleased to announce the exhibition, Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water II, featuring work by its member artists. The exhibition offers a diverse exploration of the natural elements through a range of artistic approaches and media. Each artist brings a unique perspective to the theme, revealing a fascinating spectrum of responses to the forces of nature. In this compelling group show, nature appears in many forms—allegorical, realistic, abstract and as a place for human activity. The mood of the artworks ranges from serene to turbulent. The stylistic approaches are equally varied, with some works offering barely suggested forms, while others provide intricate details.
Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water II invites viewers to consider the way that artists respond to the power, beauty, and fragility of the world around us and then reflect on their own experiences of nature.
